WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DISPATCHER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

  • The Customer Service coordinator assists the lead dispatcher with obtaining 3PL and 1PL loads for a fleet of 18+ flat deck units running across western Canada and the US.
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong memory are necessary for this role. The role also includes other administrative duties as required.
  • Previous experience using load boards is a definite asset and will make the wage negotiable. Please respond with your resume.

DISPATCHER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

    This position will work closely and assist the Lead Dispatcher with finding and dispatching loads for a growing fleet of eighteen trucks. First Call prides itself on keeping its fleet moving at all times. .

First Call prides itself on having a strong team at all levels. We are looking for safety conscious, experienced drivers with a clean abstract.

Drivers that have at least one year commercial driving experience in Canada or the US. We will consider a minimum of three years driving experience from outside of North America.

Drivers need to have a clean driving record for the past three years. We will accept a maximum of three violations. To apply, you need to have a recent abstract that you can provide us.

Most of our work is OTR. Typically drivers are gone for the week. You will usually have weekends off. Business is ever changing so it is best to check with us about shift work availability

First Call has enough work to keep everyone using up their allotted 70 hours per week.
